Laboratory Labels for Cryogenic Applications
Nylon label materials for use in Liquid Nitrogen or Freezer Storage Conditions

Polyonics has tested and approved the XF-300, XF-301 & XF-302 on glass slides and plastic vials in liquid nitrogen at -196°C (-320° F). Click on our Polyonics' cryogenic lab report at right to learn more.
The XF-300 (2mil adhesive) and the XF-301 (1mil adhesive) are 5 mil, woven nylon material with a permanent pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive and high opacity matte white color topcoat. The nylon label is an ideal choice to adhere to vials, test tubes and other rounded surfaces due to its flexibility.
The XF-302 is the newest nylon material and offers a lower cost labeling solution without losing the performance of the XF-300 or XF-301.
These two products also provide excellent chemical durability when exposed to harsh chemicals such as: Sulfuric acid solution, Sodium hydroxide solution and Mineral Spirits to name a few. These products are designed for thermal transfer, dot matrix or write-on printing.
The XF-301 has been tested and recognized to meet UL969 and CUL standards.
