XF-448- (PET) is a 2 mil white (semi-gloss), thermal transfer printable Polyester that exhibits the highest PCS and first read rates. This product comes with a 5 mil adhesive and is designed for low surface energy, rough or dirty surfaces. The XF-448 can withstand manufacturing temperatures up to 300°F (148°C).

XF-451- (PET) is a 4 mil white (matte), thermal transfer printable Polyester that exhibits the highest PCS and first read rates. This product comes with a 5 mil adhesive and is designed for porous metal castings, name & rating plates as well as automobile applications. The XF-451 can withstand manufacturing temperatures up to 300°F (148°C).

XF-546- (PI) is a 2 mil white (semi-gloss) thermal transfer printable Polyimide that exhibits the highest PCS and first read rates. This label material comes with a silicone adhesive for applications where longer term higher temperatures are required. The XF-546 can withstand manufacturing temperatures up to 1000°F (538°C).

XF-586- (PI) is a 2 mil white (semi-gloss) thermal transfer printable Polyimide that exhibits the highest PCS and first read rates. This label material comes with a removable acrylic adhesive for applications where labels will need to be removed and reapplied. The XF-586 is based on the XF-557 top coat chemistry and can withstand manufacturing temperatures up to 1000°F (538°C).

XF-589- (PI) is a 2 mil white (semi-gloss) thermal transfer printable Polyimide that exhibits the highest PCS and first read rates. This label material comes with silicone adhesive for applications where longer term higher temperatures are required. The XF-589 can withstand manufacturing temperatures up to 1000°F (538°C).

XF-594- (PI) is a 1 mil white (semi-gloss) thermal transfer printable Polyimide that exhibits the highest PCS and first read rates. This label material comes with silicone adhesive for applications where longer term higher temperatures are required and a low profile label is requested. The XF-594 can withstand manufacturing temperatures up to 1000°F (538°C).
