Product Sentry Protected Since its inception, POLYONICS has provided label materials globally for many electronics manufacturers, built around its Thermogard® "harsh environment platform". Product Sentry™, a new generation of barcode labels using covert-enhanced Thermogard® technologies, not only provides you with real-time information for WIP tracking, but also provides you with "layered technologies" for Product Authentication without changing your manufacturing operations. Remember the "layers of the label?", i.e. the composite construction of the label is functional. Now, it also means that a label can carry multiple authentication technologies, depending on which technology you want to incorporate into each layer, respectively.

These covert-designed Product Sentry™ configurations not only continue to give you the benefits of barcode technology for WIP and inventory control in day-to-day operations, but also help you protect your products from counterfeiting, warranty fraud, and product diversion downstream.
