ESD label ,Static Dissipative Label, and Static Dissipative kapton label Materials for printed circuit board labels |
|
Polyimide label and kapton label materials can generate up to 10,000 volts of static electricity by peeling them from the release liner. Polyimide labels can act as dielectric surfaces. Polyonics' TRIBOGARDŽ technology eliminates both ESD problems: less than 25 volts by peeling; and static dissipative label surfaces. Harsh environment bar code labels can be produced with thermal transfer printers when matched with the appropriate thermal transfer ribbons without lamination by a label lamination machine.
