As shown above, print quality depends INTERACTIVELY upon the printer chosen(with its particular printhead and thermal profile personality), in combination with the ribbon, and label stock used. One can develop a list of specific issues, as shown. However, the FAQ's will be addressed as a series of troubleshooting questions.

Printer issues: Print density, "ladder" vs "picket fence", clean print head, bad element, ribbon wrinkle, thermal profile of printer, label registration,  type of printhead near edge vs flat head
