Tribogard® labels are static dissipative, and withstand manufacturing temperatures up to 617ºF (325ºC), without losing any of their dissipative properties. Labels printed with the appropriate thermal transfer ribbon withstand a wide range of harsh chemicals and solvents used in the PCB manufacturing process. The surface resistivity is >106 ohms. Static discharge is less than 100 volts/sq in, when the label peeled from the liner.

XF 781 and 782 are ESD polyimide label materials. Although polyimide label (or kapton label) products can thermally and physically withstand temperatures up to 1,000ºF (528ºC), the esd properties of the polyimide label are affected under these conditions. POLYONICS’ products are sold with the understanding that the buyer will test them in actual use and determine for themselves their adaptability to their intended uses. POLYONICS warrants to the buyer that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship, but limits its obligation under this warranty to replacement of the product shown to POLYONICS’ satisfaction to have been defective, provided that the Buyer has complied with the handling, storage and shelf life requirements as specified by Polyonics in applicable materials specifications.
The above warranties extend solely to Buyer and all warranty claims must b e made by the Buyer. Rewqork or replacement shall neither extend nor decrease the original warranty period. The term of all warranty periods shall not exceed thirty (30) days from the date of the original shipment.
THE ABOVE WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE OF AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WRITTEN OR ORAL, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED STATUUORY OF OTHERWISE. NO IMPLIED STATUTORY WARRANTLY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL APPLY.
