Thermal transfer printable white polyvinylfluoride (TEDLAR) label material

Description: POLYONICS XF-430 is a matte, white polyvinyl fluoride thermal transfer printable label film with a permanent pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive. Also known as Tedlar®, polyvinylfluoride label materials (or PVF) can withstand the harsh environments of long term outdoor exposure.

Use: POLYONICS XF-430 is designed for barcode or alphanumeric identification, to be applied to objects which will experience extended exposure outdoors. XF 430 can withstand up to 10 years exposure to the elements, including UV from sunlight, snow, sleet, and rain.

XF 430 Tedlar label material has a useful range of operating temperatures:

Application Temperature -40° F to 120°F (-40°C to 48°C)
Operating Temperature -40° F to 275°F (-40°C to 135°C)

Customer experience, supported by our laboratory data clearly show that XF 430 tedlar label material can be stored for at least 1 year in an environment below 80 degrees F and 60% RH . We are confident that our product will perform well beyond this time frame. However, it remains the responsibility of the user to assess the risk of using such product. We encourage customers to develop functional testing protocols that will qualify a product's fitness for use, in their actual applications.

WARRANTY-LIMITATION
Polyonics’ products are sold with the understanding that the buyer will test them in actual use and determine for him/herself their adaptability to his/her intended uses. Polyonics warrants to the buyer that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship, but limits its obligation under this warranty to replacement of the products shown to Polyonics’ satisfaction to have been defective, provided that the Purchaser has complied with the handling, storage and shelf life requirements as specified by Polyonics in applicable materials specifications. The Purchaser shall return the products using Polyonics’ return policy as stated above.

The above warranties extend solely to Purchaser and all warranty claims must be made by Purchaser. Rework or Replacement shall neither extend nor decrease the original warranty period. The term of all warranty periods shall not exceed thirty (30) days from the date of the original shipment.
THE ABOVE WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE OF AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WRITTEN OR ORAL, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OF OTHERWISE. NO IMPLIED STATUTORY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL APPLY. POLYONICS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE EITHER IN TORT OR IN CONTRACT FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, DIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, OR FROM DELAY IN THE REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF PRODUCTS UNDER THE ABOVE WARRANTY.
